Administrator - Workshop

Job Function
- As the professional responsible for initiating vehicle services and repairs, you play a crucial role in the customer service and operational documentation processes.
- Your tasks include ascertaining performance issues and request services, verifying warranty and service contract coverage, developing estimates, and opening job cards.
- Maintaining strong customer rapport is a key aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the service or repair process.
Key Performance Areas
- Understanding of workshop processes & systems.
- A good team player capable of delivering results under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Customer Focus Oriented / Customer friendly attitude.
- Sufficient all-round Trailers experience also required.
- Knowledge of Applicable Legislation as well as Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications Required:
- HND or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience and Skills Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Truck and Trailer Workshop.
