- Execute approved brand activations across multiple locations to create consumer experience for the organisation.
- Ensure execution of activations to drive trial and retrial of new product launches.
- Work with the activation agencies and vendors from briefing stage to final campaign delivery to deliver approved brand campaigns.
- Brief Procurement and Finance teams on planned projects and follow-up to ensure POs are raised on time and in full for planned activations.
- Support management of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend across all budget line items.
- Track and report activation metrics and KPIs (consumer reach, sales uplift, and conversion rates).
- Provide post-campaign evaluation reports to identify activation successes and execution gaps.
Major Requirements
- Degree/ HND in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant discipline.
- MSc/MBA or relevant Professional certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of four years’ relevant experience preferably in the FMCG (bottling) industry.
- Agency management, strategic thinking and project & people management.
