Auto Repair Technician / Mechanic

Responsibilities
- Accurate Diagnosis: Perform vehicle inspections, fault troubleshooting, and comprehensive performance diagnostics.
- Standardized Operations: Strictly adhere to automotive repair technical standards and safety protocols to ensure repair quality and workshop safety.
- Equipment & 5S Maintenance: Properly operate and maintain auto repair equipment, diagnostic devices, and tools; keep designated work bays clean and organized.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of practical auto repair experience (3–5+ years required for Lead Technicians, with proven expertise in troubleshooting engine, chassis, and electrical issues).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in common vehicle architectures and diagnostic tools. (Candidates with a Low-Voltage Electrician License or EV repair experience are preferred).
- Professionalism: Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, service-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
- Other Requirements: Valid Driver’s License (Class C1 or above) with proficient driving and road-testing skills; clean professional record.
