Job title : In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Job Location : Anambra Deadline : June 11, 2026 Quick Recommended LinksKey Responsibilities
- Conduct line clearances and verify CIP wash water to ensure zero cross-contamination before batch changes.
- Perform hourly line checks for fill weights, code legibility etc.
- Audit area supervisors and operators on their adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Communicate/report and halt production lines instantly if critical quality parameters drift out of specification.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in utilizing at-line testing equipment (e.g., portable pH meters, viscometers, weigh balance, standard weights for regular calibration check of in-line scales).
- Deep understanding of SPC charts to identify process drift before it results in defects.
- Knowledge of sanitation chemistry and swabbing techniques for validation.
- Proficiency in use of Office tools.
Educational Qualification
- HND or BSC in a science or engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience on a high-speed production floor.
- Specific training in statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis.
- Basic certifications in factory hygiene and occupational health.
