Job Description
- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for direct customer interaction and execution of payment-related tasks. Their performance directly impacts customer trust, satisfaction, and company reputation.
Responsibilities
- Promptly acknowledging all customer messages. No customer enquiry should be left unattended to.
- Processcustomer payments accurately and timely
- Forwardvalidated transactions to the pay group without delay
- Communicateclearly with customers when delays occur
- Provideprofessional, calm, and respectful responses at all times
- Monitorassigned chats during active shifts
- Escalateunresolved or sensitive payment issues immediately
- Followall Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) strictly
- Preventcustomer frustration through proactive communication/Engagement.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team in responding to clients if there is slow response from the Sales Personnels.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Must have HND or BSc in any field
- Must have experience working in a cryptocurrency company
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service or any related field.
- Must reside within Lekki and its environs.
