Job Description
- We are seeking a professional, disciplined, and highly reliable Corporate Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services for our executives, staff, and corporate clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining company vehicles in pristine condition, navigating routes efficiently, and upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Transportation: Drive company executives, employees, and official visitors safely to meetings, airports, events, and other designated locations.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip inspections (checking oil, water, tire pressure, brakes, and fuel levels) and ensure vehicles are washed and vacuumed daily.
- Logistics & Errounds: Deliver and retrieve official documents, parcels, or supplies as directed by management.
- Compliance: Maintain an accurate logbook recording mileage, fuel consumption, routes taken, and routine maintenance dates.
- Schedule Management: Plan travel routes in advance using GPS or traffic updates to bypass gridlock and ensure punctual arrivals.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, speed limits, and road safety regulations (e.g., FRSC, LASTMA guidelines).
- Incident Reporting: Report any mechanical faults, accidents, or traffic penalties immediately to the Admin Supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or O'Level equivalent.
- Experience: Proven track record with 5+ years of experience as a professional corporate or executive driver.
- Licensing: Valid national driver's license with a clean driving record (no major accidents or recent violations).
- Skills: Exceptional knowledge of local roads, alternative routes, traffic patterns, and corporate locations.
- Attributes: Punctual, respectful, well-groomed, and capable of maintaining strict corporate confidentiality.
- Health: Excellent eyesight and physical fitness, with the flexibility to occasionally work weekends or extended hours.
