Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Bespoke Tailor to join our team in Abuja. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to deliver precise, well-finished garments, translating design concepts and tech packs into wearable pieces that meet our brand's high standards. This is a project-based role with payment per outfit (piece-rate), with the potential for a competitive monthly salary based on performance, consistency, and quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Produce formal menswear and streetwear outfits to exact specifications and high standards
- Interpret and translate designs, sketches, and tech packs into finished garments
- Draft and adjust patterns with accuracy and consistency
- Source and select high-quality fabrics appropriate for each design.
- Ensure outfits are completed with speed, precision, and impeccable finishing
- Maintain strict attention to detail to ensure garments are clean, polished, and highly detailed
- Proven experience in bespoke tailoring with a strong portfolio of past work
- Proficient in pattern drafting and garment construction
- Expertise in formal menswear and streetwear techniques
- Strong ability to deliver projects efficiently without compromising quality
- Excellent eye for detail and commitment to high standards of craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Payment per outfit (piece-rate)
