- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube channels.
- Schedule, post, and monitor content across all platforms.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content calendar.
- Respond to comments and direct messages, ensuring prompt engagement.
- Monitor trends and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
- Create, run, and manage targeted social media ad campaigns.
- Optimize ads for engagement and lead generation.
- Monitor ad performance and provide regular reports and insights.
- Collaborate with the content team for creative direction, video content ideas, and campaign planning.
- Support content creation including posts, video scripts, and voice-over scripts.
- Provide creative input on graphics, videos, and newsletters.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate regular reports.
- Forecast growth, engagement, and conversion trends.
- Recommend data-driven strategies for audience engagement and lead conversion.
- Manage email marketing and newsletter campaigns.
- Support in content development and campaign analysis.
Key Requirements
- B.Sc. from a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience in social media advertising and lead generation.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and reporting.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for engaging and trend-driven content.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of video content creation and graphic design direction is an added advantage.
