- As our Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for executing our content strategy and managing our social media presence across all platforms. You'll create compelling, on-brand content, engage meaningfully with our communities, and help grow two brands that Nigerians genuinely love.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Managing and maintaining our social media content calendar across all platforms
- Creating high-quality photos, short-form videos, and captions that reflect our brand voice
- Publishing content and monitoring comments, DMs, and brand mentions in real time
- Responding to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints across digital platforms
- Tracking social media trends and pitching creative content ideas
- Supporting campaigns, outlet launches, and events through coordinated content creation
- Collaborating with the marketing and operations teams for consistent brand messaging
- Identifying opportunities for influencer collaborations and user-generated content
- Monitoring performance metrics and sharing insights to drive growth and engagement

- Have experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar)
- Understand social media analytics and what drives engagement
