About the Role

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented  Product Owner to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, project coordination, or a related field who is passionate about building digital products that deliver exceptional user experiences.
• As a Product Owner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of products that align with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Product Planning & Delivery

• Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and user requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Prioritise and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with developers and designers to ensure timely delivery of product features.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and product priorities.
• Act as the bridge between business teams and the development team, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated.
• Provide regular updates on product progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Gather and incorporate user and stakeholder feedback into product improvements.

Customer & Market Research

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Analyse customer feedback and product usage data to recommend enhancements.
• Participate in user testing and product validation activities.
• Champion the customer experience by ensuring product decisions are user-focused.

Product Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor product performance and key metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve product functionality and user experience.
• Track product issues and coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Recommend new features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business needs.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain product documentation, including user stories, product requirements, release notes, and feature documentation.
• Prepare reports on product progress, milestones, and performance.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, organised, and up to date.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or a related role.
• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to write user stories and define product requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or similar product management tools is an advantage.
