Marketing & Business Development (BD) Growth Specialist (Hybrid)

About the Role

• They arelooking for a sharp, proactive, and highly motivated Marketing & BD Growth Specialist whowill work closely with the Founder, drive the organization’s visibility, and build the partnerships and funding pipelines that power our programs.

Responsibilities and Duties
Marketing & Brand Communication:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Evolve Incubator Africa's programs, events, and initiatives across digital and offline channels.
• Manage and grow the organisation's social media presence and community engagement.
• Create and coordinate content (written, visual, video) that aligns with the brand's voice and strategic objectives
• Track marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Identify, research, and pursue partnership, sponsorship, and grant opportunities aligned with the NGO's mission.
• Develop compelling proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for potential partners and funders.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospects,including corporates, foundations, government agencies, and development organisations.
• Represent Evolve Incubator Africa at relevant events, forums, and networking platforms.
• Proactively identify and propose initiatives to grow the organisation's programs, reach, and revenue streams
• Collaborate with the Founder to design and implement growth strategies that expand community impact.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to surface new opportunities.
• Manage Evolve Incubator Africa's online and offline communities, fostering engagement, retention, and advocacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta, Google, email marketing, etc.).
• Proven ability to write compelling proposals, pitch decks, or grant applications is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Passion for youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and social impact.
• Proximity to Surulere or the Lagos Mainland axis is strongly preferred.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
