Medical Sales Representative

Job Summary
- We are looking for experienced, results-driven, and highly motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our team and drive pharmaceutical product sales across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within assigned territories
- Provide product information and presentations to healthcare professionals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Follow up on leads, client orders, and business opportunities
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback.
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Medical Sales Representative
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare market
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strong territory management and business development skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve set targets
- A valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- N400,000 Monthly
- Company Car + Attractive Commission Structure
