External Relations / Liaison Officer (Hybrid)

- A company in the building and construction industry needs a well-connected professional to own our external relationship strategy with government agencies, financial institutions, and industry networks.
- This is a high-autonomy role for someone who already has the right relationships and knows how to put them to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between the organization and government/regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and financial institutions
- Manage the full outreach process - first contact through proposal, negotiation, and follow-up
- Build a pipeline of agency and bank partnerships for scrap sourcing and asset recovery
- Leverage personal contacts to accelerate deal-making
- Represent the company at industry and government events
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in business development, government relations, or institutional liaison within Nigeria
- Demonstrable, active network across Nigerian government agencies, law enforcement, or banks
- Proven ability to move deals forward independently
- Strong written/verbal communication and proposal-drafting skills
Salary
N400,000 / Month.
