HR / Organizational Development Specialist

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced HR / OD Specialist to support organisational effectiveness, employee development and HR initiatives across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive organisation development, employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Support performance management, talent development and succession planning.
- Conduct HR analysis, employee surveys and organisational assessments.
- Develop and implement HR policies, programmes and process improvements.
- Support change management and organisational transformation initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to identify people and organisational needs.
- Support learning and development initiatives and leadership development programmes.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve employee and organisational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Professional HR certification is an advantage.
- 5–8 years' experience in HR, Organisation Development, Talent Management or a related role.
- Strong experience in Organisation Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Change Management.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a structured or multi-business environment is an advantage.
