Job title : Branch Manager

- Daily Operations: Oversee the smooth running of the kitchen, front-of-house, customer service, and security units.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and motivate branch staff to maintain high service standards and discipline.
- Quality Control: Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and food presentation guidelines.
- Sales & Customer Relations: Drive branch profitability, handle customer feedback professionally, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Stock & Financial Oversight: Monitor daily stock levels, minimize wastage, and work closely with the accountant to track daily revenue.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of active career experience in a management or supervisory role (hospitality or fast-food retail experience is highly preferred).
- Proximity Hint: Candidates residing around Ojo LGA down to Badagry are strongly preferred and will be given priority consideration due to location proximity.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure during peak dining hours.
