Solar Installer (Junior Level Engineers)

Responsibilities
- Electrical and Solar Energy Systems Installation, Maintenance, and Technical Support
- Experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Solar PV systems, Inverters, Batteries, Charge Controllers, Numeric UPS, and other UPS brands (up to 200kVA) as well as Servo Stabilizers (up to 500kVA)
- Knowledge of solar panel mounting, DC/AC wiring, battery bank configuration, electrical cabling, and LV electrical panels
- Conduct site surveys, load assessments, and prepare technical specifications in line with contractual and project requirements
- Installation, commissioning, and optimization of residential, commercial, and industrial solar power systems
- Implementation, coordination, and supervision of solar and electrical projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance with standards
- Deliver high-quality technical support and after-sales services to customers
- Willing to work as a Field Service Engineer and travel extensively for project execution and maintenance activities
- Update service reports and job tickets accurately and on time
- Ensure JCCs are signed by customers and submitted to Lagos HQ weekly
- Train junior engineers and technicians on solar system installation, troubleshooting, safety procedures, and UPS maintenance.

- Candidates must possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
