Administrative Officer / Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Officer Customer Service Representative to support the day-to-day operations of our organization.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, maintaining office records, managing correspondence, and ensuring the smooth running of office operations.
• This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative operations and ensure the office runs efficiently.
• Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, both physical and electronic.
• Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other administrative documents.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain management calendars.
• Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and procurement of administrative materials.
• Maintain accurate records of office expenses and administrative activities.
• Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and company events when required.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders as necessary.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in any course.
• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Salary
N90,000 monthly.
