- Are you a passionate medical doctor looking to make a meaningful impact in healthcare? Join our team as a Care Coordinator!
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate care between healthcare providers, enrollees, and the HMO.
- Ensure that healthcare services provided are medically necessary.
- Oversee the case management of admitted enrollees.
- Work closely with the Customer Care team to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Organize medical screenings and health talks as required.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an MBBS Degree.
- Valid MDCN Practising Licence.
