Inventory Officer (Graduate Trainee)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer to manage inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure the efficient movement of inventory across the organization.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and organizational skills with a commitment to inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management of low-stock items.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory or store management is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work weekends Saturday half day 8am to 2pm.
