About the role
- We're looking for a fast, creative designer who can use Al to produce a high volume of compelling image ads. You'll turn ideas, concepts, selling angles, and hooks into finished creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok campaigns. Alongside ad production, you'l handle packaging, brand materials, and other design needs.
What you'll do
- Use Al image-generation tools to produce a high volume of distinct, ready-to-run image ads for ongoing campaign testing.
- Turn briefs from the Copywriter & Creative Strategist into strong visual concepts and finished designs.
- Write and refine Al prompts using product references, customer insights, selling angles, hooks, and visual inspiration.
- Create multiple executions of each concept, testing different scenes, layouts, headlines, backgrounds, and product presentations.
- Develop fresh visual ideas that give the marketing team more meaningful creative options to test.
- Edit and finish Al outputs, correcting visual errors, adding readable text, and preserving the product's actual appearance.
- Build efficient production workflows to increase output while maintaining product accuracy and design quality.
- Use campaign feedback to create new versions of winning ads and improve weaker creatives.
- Design product packaging, labels, brand materials, website banners, promotional flyers, and social media graphics.
- Resize creatives for different placements and organise prompts, source assets
What success looks like
- A consistently high volume of usable image ads, meaningful creative variety, fast turnaround accurate product representation, and strong execution of packaging and brand design. Your work should give the marketing team a steady supply of fresh creatives to test and improve.
What you'll bring
- Practical experience using Al image-generation tools to create advertising visuals.
- A portfolio showing Al image creatives, product ads, and conventional design work.
- Ability to turn one selling angle or hook into several distinct visual executions.
- Strong prompting skills and the ability to refine outputs until they are suitable for advertising.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools for editing, layouts, packaging, and brand design.
- Good understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, colour, and mobile readability.
- Ability to work quickly, manage production targets, and respond to feedback.
