Job Location : Lagos Deadline : November 05, 2026 Quick Recommended LinksA growing construction project management firm is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered according to plan, on schedule, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the work programme and make sure site activities follow the project plan
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action points across the project team
- Make sure procurement is scheduled on time so work isn't delayed
- Track project costs against budget
- Check workmanship quality against drawings and specifications
- Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and site logs
- Attend site meetings, take minutes, and follow up on decisions
- Support snagging and project close-out
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Building, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or similar
- At least 1 year of construction project management experience
- Must live in Yaba or its environs
Skills
- Reads architectural and structural drawings
- Understands BOQs and construction materials
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong report writing and documentation
