Job Summary

We are recruiting qualified and enthusiastic teachers for our Primary and Secondary Schools. The ideal candidates must possess strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and a genuine passion for inspiring young minds while upholding Christian values.

Requirements

• A good First Degree in Education or a relevant discipline with a teaching qualification from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria is an added advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of the Nigerian and British curricula (where applicable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), educational technology, and interactive smart boards.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent lesson planning, assessment, and record-keeping abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Leadership qualities, demonstrating courage, initiative, resilience, and integrity.
• Strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Creativity and innovation in lesson delivery.
• Passion for children's learning, growth, and holistic development.
• Emotional intelligence, patience, and empathy when working with learners.
