Job Description
- We’re hiring a Growth & Operations Associate to work across growth, operations, systems, automation, experimentation, and AI workflows.
- This is not a traditional role with rigid boundaries.
- We want someone highly adaptable who can solve problems, learn quickly, figure things out independently, and help the company move faster across different areas.
- You might work on workflow automation one day, lead enrichment the next, operational cleanup another day, or help support outbound initiatives when needed.
- The role is best suited for someone who enjoys startup environments, likes ownership, and naturally uses AI to improve the way work gets done.
Requirements
- Strong Ideas about startups, growth, operations, GTM, or related areas
- Highly proactive and resourceful
- Comfortable learning independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to operate in fast-paced startup environments
- Comfortable handling ambiguity and changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Bias toward action and execution
AI Requirements:
- Being AI-forward is mandatory for this role.
- You should already be comfortable:
- Using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Perplexity, etc.
- Using AI to solve operational and workflow problems.
