Receptionist (Female Preferred)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist (Female preferred) to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and provide essential administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests
- Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls to appropriate departments
- Provide basic company information and handle inquiries professionally
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier packages
- Ensure timely delivery of mails and parcels to relevant staff
- Manage office supplies and maintain stock levels at the reception area
- Assist in purchasing and replenishment of office supplies when needed
- Schedule and coordinate meeting room usage
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean, organized, and properly equipped
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/BSc in any related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experiencein a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role(Post Nysc)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic office tools is an advantage
- Female candidates are strongly preferred
- Candidates residing within or around Ikoyi and its environs are encouraged to apply.
