Marketing & Sales Manager - New Product Development

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new product opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
- Evaluate product feasibility, pricing, costs, and profitability.
- Coordinate product development, sampling, and testing with internal teams.
- Develop new markets, acquire customers, and drive product launches.
- Generate sales and ensure profitability of newly introduced products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3–5 years' experience in product development, marketing, or technical sales within manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong market research, commercial analysis, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Proven ability to turn market opportunities into profitable products.
- Expatriate candidates with relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.
