Job title : Team Lead, System/Application Support
Job Location : Lagos Deadline : August 03, 2026 Quick Recommended Links- The Team Lead, Application Support is responsible for overseeing the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's business applications. The role ensures optimal application performance, availability, and user satisfaction while leading a team of application support officers. The incumbent will coordinate incident resolution, manage vendor relationships, support system enhancements, and ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and change management standards.
Our Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, or other relevant application support certifications are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in application support, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications within the financial services or insurance industry is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and support processes.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework or helpdesk ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Experience with enterprise software (e.g., ERP, CRM, policy or claims systems).
