Floor Manager

Job Summary 

• Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the assigned floor throughout each shift.
• Ensure that all areas are properly set up before the commencement of service.
• Monitor the cleanliness, appearance, ambience, lighting, music, tables, chairs, and overall presentation of the floor.
• Ensure adequate stock with necessary materials, including glassware, cutlery, napkins, menus, and other service items.
• Conduct regular inspections of the floor, VIP areas, bar areas, and other sections.
• Ensure that operational procedures and Company standards are strictly followed.
• Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen, Bar, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify operational challenges promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the Human Resource Manager.

Key Objective:

• The overall objective of the Floor Manager is to ensure that the assigned floor operates efficiently, profitably, safely, and professionally while delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining the Company's standards at all times

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of an HND/Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2–5years' relevant experience in hospitality, restaurant, lounge, and bar,
• Previous supervisory or management experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service.
• Good understanding of POS systems and basic sales controls.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy floor.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
