Implement and monitor the Company's HSE policies and procedures. Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations. Coordinate HSE training, emergency preparedness and safety awareness programmes. Ensure compliance with regulatory and client HSE requirements. Administer the Company's HMO scheme, including staff enrollment, updates, renewals, and record maintenance. Liaise with HMO providers to resolve staff medical issues and improve service delivery. Prepare HSE and HMO reports for Management. Support employee wellness initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
