This offer is Strictly for ND holder Quality Control Assistant Job Summary The Quality Control Assistant will support the Quality Control/Laboratory team in ensuring that raw materials, production processes, and finished products meet the company’s required quality standards. The role involves inspection, testing, documentation, and reporting of quality-related activities. Key Responsibilities Assist with inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. Support the QC/Laboratory team in conducting routine quality tests. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with approved quality standards and specifications. Collect and label samples for laboratory testing. Record test results accurately and maintain proper QC documentation. Assist in identifying defective, non-conforming, or substandard products. Report quality issues to the Quality Control Officer/Manager promptly. Ensure rejected or non-conforming materials are properly identified and separated. Assist with calibration, cleaning, and proper handling of laboratory equipment. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the laboratory and QC work area. Support investigations into customer complaints and production quality issues. Ensure proper adherence to company SOPs, safety procedures, and quality policies. Assist with stock-taking and monitoring of laboratory materials and testing reagents. Perform any other quality-related duties assigned by the supervisor. OND/HND/B.Sc. in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Science Laboratory Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in paint, chemical, manufacturing, construction materials, or related industries. Good knowledge of basic laboratory procedures and quality control practices. Good observation and attention to detail. Ability to keep accurate records and prepare basic reports. Ability to work effectively with the Production, Store, Operations, and other departments. Good communication and teamwork skills.
