Wego Inspect provides structured, evidence-based residential property inspection reports that help renters and buyers make informed decisions before they commit to a property.
What You Will Do
- Conduct residential property inspections in Lagos.
- Assess visible property conditions using Wego Inspect checklists.
- Capture clear photographs, videos, and written observations.
- Document visible defects and safety concerns accurately.
- Submit complete inspection reports on time.
- Communicate professionally with occupants, agents, and property representatives.
Requirements
- A relevant degree or HND in construction, architecture, building technology, engineering, estate management, surveying, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and good written communication.
- A smartphone with a reliable camera and access to digital tools.
- Familiarity with Lagos, particularly Lekki and surrounding areas.
- Willingness to complete Wego Inspect’s training and assessment process.
