Direct Sales Agent (Business Banking)

Responsibilities

• Acquire new business customers within assigned locations.
• Identify and engage SMEs, entrepreneurs and business owners.
• Promote relevant business banking products and services.
• Generate and follow up on quality business leads.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct field visits to prospective and existing business customers.
• Support customer onboarding and account acquisition.
• Identify opportunities to grow the client's business banking customer base.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback.
• Achieve assigned customer acquisition and business development targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of an SSCE/OND; higher qualifications will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, banking, fintech, microfinance or SME-focused roles is an advantage.
• Experience engaging business owners, SMEs or entrepreneurs will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
• Strong prospecting and customer acquisition ability.
• Confident and comfortable with field-based business development.
• Good understanding of the business environment within the preferred location.
• Candidates should reside within close proximity to their preferred deployment location.
• Self-motivated, commercially minded and target-driven.
• Good digital literacy and ability to use smartphones and basic digital tools.

• Monthly Net Salary: N100,000
