Front Desk Executive (Gym)

Job Summary
- We are a newly established fitness centre in Satellite Town, Lagos, seeking a Front Desk Executiveto be the first point of contact for our members and visitors.
- The ideal candidate will be friendly, well-organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to clients/members in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle inquiries (in-person, phone calls, emails, and social media messages).
- Manage membership registration, renewals, and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, memberships, and daily transactions.
- Assist in scheduling fitness sessions and classes.
- Provide administrative support to the gym management team.
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc qualification; Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or receptionist roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality.
- Must reside around Alakija axis.
