Job Responsibilities
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance regularly.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to deliver agreed objectives.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of experience.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
