Role Summary
- We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support the design, configuration, implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solutions.
- The successful candidate will work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to deliver effective SAP solutions across financial accounting, controlling, reporting, integration, and business process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
- Configure key processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Tax, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA.
- Support SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrades, enhancements, and post-go-live activities.
- Manage testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
- Support financial data migration and reconciliation.
- Prepare functional specifications and work with ABAP teams on RICEFW developments.
- Support integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, PS, WM/EWM, and other enterprise systems.
- Provide Level 2/3 production support and resolve SAP FICO incidents within SLA.
- Support month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting processes.
- Develop functional documentation, process flows, test scripts, and user guides.
- Support end-user training, knowledge transfer, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–9 years' SAP FICO experience with strong hands-on configuration capability.
- Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, enhancement, and production support.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, SAP certification, or a Master's/MBA is an advantage.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Industrial sectors is preferred.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong hands-on SAP FI/CO configuration experience.
- Proven SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and Business Partner/CVI.
- Experience with FI/CO integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
- Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, BADIs, APIs, Enhancements/User Exits, and RICEFW.
- Experience with SAP Fiori Finance applications.
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager/ChaRM or equivalent change management tools.
- Experience with SAP Group Reporting, Central Finance, SAC, Treasury, or Concur is an advantage.
