Route to Market Officer

Job Summary
- It requires the services of result-oriented professional to grow with its team asa Route to Market Officer.
Primary Job Responsibilities [In Summary]
- Support the implementation and optimisation of route-to-market strategies across assigned territories and distribution channels.
- Monitor market coverage, product availability, distribution efficiency and channel performance to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Analyse distributor, wholesaler, retailer, and customer performance to support effective channel management and commercial decision-making.
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing routes, territories and distribution models and recommend adjustments based on market dynamics and business requirements.
Major Requirements
- B.Sc./ HND in Marketing, Sales or other relevant discipline.
- More than four years’ relevant experience preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of Route-to market principles, distribution model and channel management.
- Good understanding of FMCG sales and distribution operations.
Salary range
N20m - N30m annually.
