Job Summary

• The Senior Digital Marketing Executive plays an active role in driving growth and enhancing the success of the company’s online activities.
• He or she will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing a variety of digital marketing initiatives aimed at driving the growth and visibility of the organization’s products and services, particularly across online platforms.
• This role involves developing and delivering compelling marketing content and campaign strategies that effectively communicate the brand’s message to the target audience, while supporting overall business expansion goals.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the company’s digital presence and lead efforts to generate engagement, traffic, and conversions through strategic use of digital tools and channels.
• Our Senior Digital Marketing Executive will play a vital role in executing the company’s marketing strategy, with a strong focus on driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate local and regional sales activities, promotions, and campaigns online.
• Coordinate and develop multimedia packages for the business growth of the organization.
• Promote awareness of the company’s brand and business opportunities.
• Provide expert guidance on promoting brand awareness.
• Develop marketing materials and product information packages online.
• Effectively manage the company's Social media handles to increase visibility.
• Develop new event concepts tailored to specific market segments online.
• Design, plan, and execute online promotions that drive visibility and sales based on data analysis and performance metrics.
• Plan and oversee execution of campaign schedules and budgets.
• Maintain campaign reporting, metrics, and site analysis.
• Present workable recommendations to the marketing director of the organization.
• Understand the workings of AdWords programs and search engine optimization to increase brand awareness.
• Manage the digital agency relationships of the organization.

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
• 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the online advertising/e-commerce sector.
• Solid understanding of digital production and marketing strategies.
• Solid understanding of SEO, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Google Ads, and Social media Ads.
• Solid understanding of social media marketing and campaigning.
• Possess proven experience in innovative digital campaigns and effective service delivery.
• Possess skills in Social Media Management.
• Creative and good Content creator.
• Possess very strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Possess very strong skills in management and organization.
• Possess proficiency in CSS, HTML 5, HTML, Dreamweaver, FrameMaker, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and lots more.
• Ability to manage microsites, social media applications, and online ads.
• Ability to handle digital analysis and web metrics duties.
• Ability to deliver on deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and to remain functional under intense pressure.

Remuneration

• Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
