Experienced Hotel Housekeeper

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hotel team.
• The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall comfort of guest rooms, public areas, and assigned spaces.
• The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas meet the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene standards while providing excellent service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Replenish housekeeping supplies and maintain housekeeping carts.
• Ensure lost and found items are properly documented and handed over according to hotel procedures.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect guests' privacy.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / High School Certificate.
• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
