Insurance Broker Sales Representative

Description
- We are looking for a confident, smart, friendly and result-oriented female Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and attract new clients.
- Generate new business leads through calls, referrals, networking, social media and direct outreach.
- Approach individuals, businesses and organisations to introduce our insurance solutions.
- Make calls, send persuasive messages and schedule client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up consistently on leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly new-business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, follow-ups and conversions.
- Provide regular updates on business development activities and results.
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred.
- Must live within close proximity to the office, preferably Ajah and its surrounding areas.
- Confident, smart, well-presented and professional.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, persuasive and comfortable approaching new people.
- Self-motivated, hardworking and target-driven.
- Comfortable making sales calls and conducting client meetings.
- Able to use WhatsApp, social media and other digital channels for business development.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing or insurance is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
