The Delivery Manager will oversee and coordinate the end-to-end delivery process from the showroom to clients’ homes, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service. The role requires strong supervision, coordination, and customer service skills to manage delivery teams, logistics, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all delivery operations from showroom dispatch to client locations
- Coordinate delivery schedules, routes, and timelines to ensure efficiency
- Manage delivery staff and drivers to ensure professionalism and compliance
- Ensure items are properly handled, loaded, transported, and installed (where applicable)
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the showroom, logistics team, and clients
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, damages, or customer complaints promptly
- Ensure delivery documentation (waybills, delivery notes, confirmations) is properly completed
- Enforce company delivery standards, safety procedures, and customer service protocols
