Head of Growth

Job Description

• We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Growth to lead and scale our new-business engine in the B2B proptech sector.
• In this role, you will own the end-to-end growth function, encompassing pipeline development, sales execution, partner channel programmes, and geographical expansion.
• The successful candidate will bring strategic forecasting discipline and CRM rigour to lead a high-performing business development and field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s overall growth strategy to drive revenue and business expansion within the B2B Proptech market.
• Lead the end-to-end business development and sales function, from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure and account growth.
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent pipeline coverage and accurate forecasting.
• Set and manage sales targets, quotas, KPIs, and performance metrics for the business development and field sales team.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets, industries, and geographical locations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, decision-makers, strategic partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Design and implement effective sales strategies, processes, and go-to-market initiatives to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Develop and manage strategic partnership and channel programmes to expand market reach and generate new revenue streams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and emerging opportunities within the Proptech sector to inform business strategy.
• Ensure effective use of CRM systems, maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, activities, and sales forecasts.
• Analyse sales and pipeline data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the business development and field sales team to achieve and exceed commercial targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and other internal teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline health, revenue growth, forecasts, and key business development activities to senior management.
• Continuously review and improve sales processes and strategies to enhance conversion rates, customer acquisition, and overall commercial performance.

Requirements

• A First Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or growth leadership, with a track record of running a forecasted, quota-carrying team
• Demonstrated experience in data-driven pipeline management, maintaining CRM hygiene, and delivering high forecast accuracy.

Salary
N600,000 - N1,000,000 monthly.
