Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Controller (F&B) to join our dynamic hospitality team.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing inventory, controlling costs, and supporting financial efficiency within our Food & Beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inventory counts of food and beverage stock.
- Monitor and analyze F&B costs, preparing variance reports and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager to ensure accurate menu pricing.
- Generate periodic cost control and inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with purchasing, receiving, and issuing procedures.
- Support staff training on cost control policies and inventory procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in cost control within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting and inventory management systems.
