HR Operations & Vendor Management Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and key stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
• Coordinate HR operations and administrative processes relating to outsourced employees.
• Validate payroll data, timesheets, employee records, and payroll documentation to ensure accuracy before processing.
• Monitor vendor performance, service-level agreements (SLAs), and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate employee databases, HR records, and outsourcing documentation.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel tools, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions, to prepare reports and generate operational insights.
• Track employee headcount, deployments, exits, replacements, and other workforce movements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour regulations, company policies, client requirements, and statutory obligations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll, employee records, and vendor submissions.
• Prepare periodic HR operations reports, vendor performance reports, and workforce analytics for management review.
• Coordinate the resolution of employee and vendor-related operational issues within agreed timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, strengthen controls, and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Outsourcing, or Vendor Management.
• Proven experience managing large employee populations.
• Practical experience in payroll validation, employee data management, and compliance monitoring.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience coordinating vendors and engaging multiple stakeholders.

Salary
N350,000 Monthly.
