Store Officer

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, stock, and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine stock reconciliations.
- Organize store layout for optimal space usage, safety, and efficient retrieval.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking; raise purchase requisitions on time.
- Ensure proper storage conditions, especially for perishable or sensitive items.
- Dispatch products/materials accurately against approved requisitions or orders.
- Maintain clean, secure, and well-organized storage facilities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in store management, inventory control, or warehousing.
- Proficiency in basic store management software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, QuickBooks).
- Strong numerical skills and close attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina and organizational abilities.
