Field Sales Executive

Job Summary
- As the Field Sales Executive, you will drive the market penetration and sales of petrol, CNG, and electric bikes and tricycles by developing new customers, managing key relationships, and converting field leads into sustainable revenue.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and convert leads for bikes and tricycles while achieving weekly and monthly vehicle unit sales targets
- Conduct field visits to garages, parks, transport hubs, markets, and fleet clusters, and engage transport unions, cooperatives, individual drivers, fleet owners, logistics operators, ride-hailing partners, and last-mile companies
- Present product features, financing options, battery swapping solutions, and total cost of ownership (TCO) benefits while organizing product demonstrations, test rides, and field activation campaigns
- Maintain strong customer and partner relationships and collaborate with Operations, After-Sales, and Finance teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports, monitor competitor activity and market trends, and provide feedback on pricing, customer needs, and pain points while supporting sales strategies, promotions, and localized campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- 1–3 years sales experience in automotive, mobility, logistics, fintech asset financing, or a related industry
- Proven field sales experience with the ability to engage driver communities, transport unions, cooperatives, fleet owners, and logistics operators
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, relationship-building, communication, and customer engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts such as battery swapping, charging, and TCO savings simply
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic reporting; a strong network within transport hubs, cooperatives, or logistics companies is an added advantage.
Salary
NGN 200,000 - 250,000 Monthly Net.
