Sales Associate - Real Estate and Property Development

About the Role
- We are seeking a driven, articulate, and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling units within our property development projects, engaging prospective clients, and closing high-value real estate transactions.
- This role is suited for individuals who are passionate about real estate, confident in client interactions, and motivated by performance-based rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective buyers for property units across our development projects
- Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and referral partners
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Provide market feedback and insights to support sales strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Stay updated on project details, pricing, and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field (Business, Marketing, Law or related disciplines preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or high-value products
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage.
Location:
- Applicants should reside within or around Ojota, Ikeja, Ketu, Palmgrove, Maryland, Gbagada, Oworonshoki, Yaba, Bariga, Oshodi, Ilupeju, Mushin, or nearby areas in Lagos.
