Summary
- As we continue to expand across Nigeria, we are opening opportunities for young, energetic, and customer-focused Corp Members to join our team.
This role is designed for:
- Serving Corp Members with a PPA that only issues monthly clearance but does not fully engage them.
- Corp members without an active PPA who are willing to serve productively.
- Corp members who want to gain real-world experience in logistics, customer service, and branch operations.
- If you fit any of the above, this is a great opportunity to grow, learn, and earn while serving.
What You’ll Do
- Attend to walk-in and online customers professionally.
- Respond to enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Provide accurate information about shipping rates, services, and timelines.
- Inspect items for defects and report discrepancies.
- Process, document, and prepare shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Support daily branch operations.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 0 - 1 year experience
- A serving NYSC corps member posted to Akure or the nearby axis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused, professional, and well-presented.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Ready to learn, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Residence within or close to the Alagbaka / Oba-Ile axis is an added advantage.
