Sales and Busniess Development Officer
Ngcom Network Solutions (3 Openings)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Promote the company’s internet plans and services.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable internet packages.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Work with the technical and customer service teams to ensure smooth customer installation and onboarding.
- Monitor market and competitor activities.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about services and pricing.
Requirements
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in an ISP or telecommunications company.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Target-driven and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to carry out field sales activities.
