Golden Guinea Breweries Plc Golden Guinea Breweries Plc is expanding its sales and distribution network and is seeking motivated, commercially driven individuals to join its field sales development team as Territorial Development Officers (TDOs).
THE ROLE
The Territorial Development Officer will be responsible for developing sales within an assigned territory by identifying new outlets, recruiting customers, generating orders, supporting distribution and providing reliable market intelligence. Each TDO will be assigned a defined ward/territory and will be responsible for growing the company's presence and sales within that territory.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and onboard new retail outlets, bars, restaurants, beer parlours and other sales points. Identify and develop bulk breakers and other trade customers within the assigned territory. Generate and facilitate product orders within the territory. Develop new sales routes and expand product availability. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions and market movements. Maintain an up-to-date database of outlets and customers within the territory. Monitor product availability and visibility at assigned outlets. Submit accurate daily and weekly sales and market reports. Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors and trade partners.PERFORMANCE THRESHOLD
The minimum monthly performance threshold is: 4,000 crates in orders generated within the assigned territory. Performance will be measured primarily by verified sales/orders generated, outlet development and territory growth.EARNING STRUCTURE
Commission-based role ₦30 commission per verified crate Minimum performance threshold: 4,000 crates/month At 4,000 crates: ₦120,000 monthly Higher sales volume means higher earning potential. There is no fixed monthly salary attached to the role. Earnings are directly linked to verified generated orderWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Strong sales and business development ability. Excellent knowledge of the local market and community. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in the field. Existing relationships with retailers, bars, restaurants, distributors or other trade customers will be an advantage. Must be target-driven, disciplined and comfortable working on commission. Must have a smartphone and be able to submit regular digital reports. Previous experience in FMCG, beverage, sales, distribution or field marketing is an advantage.TERRITORY
TDOs will be assigned to specific Local Government Areas across the company's designated sales territories. Applicants should apply for territories they know well and can actively cover.APPLICATION
