Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled IT Technician to provide technical support, maintain computer systems and networks, and ensure the smooth operation of the organization's IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems for optimal performance.
- Provide technical support to staff and users.
- Manage system updates, backups, and security protocols.
- Maintain IT documentation and system records.
- Assist with network administration and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support and system maintenance.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Relevant IT certifications are an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
