Area Business Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to your territory's market dynamics.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, trends, and forecasts.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales agents, providing guidance and regular performance feedback.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze results to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about trends, competition, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure a unified approach to sales.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the financial services
- sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
